Examine user paths for joining a rewards program
I examined and mapped user paths for joining and using a rewards program. I uncovered a number of inconsistencies across devices and scenarios. As a result, I outlined problem areas and recommended improvements to the client.

Research users' software purchase and renewal cycle
I conducted empathy interviews and website walkthroughs to capture user tasks for selecting, purchasing, and implementing software. I compiled the results into a mental model and synthesized insights into recommendations. These deliverables were used for product envisioning and website improvements.

Evaluate the usability of a ukulele website
While learning new chords and songs from a ukulele site, I found it difficult to see chord diagrams for a song and play at the same time. In order to improve its usability, I evaluated its site architecture, onboarding process, and functional layout. I also designed a Chrome plugin to rearrange the song pages for more efficient use.
